At FeatsClub, all donations and fundraising efforts are conducted exclusively by verified, registered organizations on our platform. To promote a safe and transparent environment, donors must adhere to the following guidelines:

Donor Responsibility

  • Verification: Donors must verify the organization they wish to support before making any donations. Contributions should only be made to organizations the donor is familiar with and whose purpose aligns with their values.
  • Purpose Clarity: Donors should ensure they understand the specific purpose of the fundraising campaign and trust the organization conducting it. FeatsClub strongly discourages donations to unfamiliar organizations or organizers.
  • Due Diligence Reminder: Donors are responsible for assessing the legitimacy and mission of any organization they support on FeatsClub. FeatsClub encourages donors to perform reasonable due diligence before donating.

Processing Charges and Deductions

  • Donation Processing Charges: All donations made to organizations on FeatsClub are subject to processing charges, which cover FeatsClub’s operational costs and fees from payment facilitators. These charges are transparently communicated to the organizations as part of their fundraising campaign setup. Donors should be aware that their donations reach the organization after deducting these charges.
  • On-Behalf Campaigns: Users may create campaigns on behalf of organizations, provided they have obtained permission from the organization. Both FeatsClub and the organization reserve the right to terminate any on-behalf campaign if it is found to violate organizational or platform guidelines or to be misaligned with the organization’s mission or goals.

FeatsClub's Role and Limited Liability

  • Facilitation of Engagement: FeatsClub serves as a platform to connect organizations with their existing and potential followers, members, and supporters who have a vested interest in the organization’s mission.
  • Platform Liability: FeatsClub is not involved in the direct management, distribution, or oversight of funds raised on the platform. FeatsClub is not responsible for any misused or misappropriated funds. Donors agree to hold FeatsClub harmless from any disputes arising from donations made through the platform.

Dispute Resolution and Refund Policy

  • Resolution through Organization: Donors are encouraged to resolve any disputes directly with the organization. FeatsClub may assist by facilitating contact but does not guarantee or manage refunds.
  • No Guarantee of Refunds: FeatsClub does not offer refunds for donations. Donors are advised to donate only if they fully trust the organization and understand that donations are final.
  • Dispute Assistance: If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, FeatsClub may facilitate mediation at its discretion but is not liable for outcomes or refunds.

Privacy and Data Security

  • Confidentiality During Investigations: FeatsClub will maintain the confidentiality of all donor and organization information during any investigation, in compliance with relevant data protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA, if applicable).

Adherence to FeatsClub Terms of Use for Users

  • User Terms of Use: In addition to this Fundraising Policy, all donors and users must adhere to FeatsClub’s Terms of Use for Users, agreed to upon registration. Violations of these Terms of Use may result in account suspension or termination.

Modification of Policy

  • Policy Updates: FeatsClub reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. If the policy is modified, FeatsClub will post the updated policy on the platform or notify users directly. All donations made before the effective date of the modification are subject to the previous policy terms.

Liability and Indemnification

  • Indemnity: By using FeatsClub’s platform, donors agree to waive FeatsClub’s liability in relation to any misuse of donated funds. FeatsClub is a facilitation platform and is not responsible for the fundraising activities or fund management practices of registered organizations.
