Parent Consent

In order to comply with the federal law known as COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), FeatsClub Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our” or “ours”) is required to obtain prior parental consent to collect, use and disclose personal information (“Personal Data”) from children under the age of 13 who wish to access and use our FeatsClub application (the “App”). 

We have collected your contact information from your child in order to obtain your consent. As part of your child’s FeatsClub account, we may collect Personal Data from your child online. This information may be collected by us or by a third party to:

• Register your child with the App;
• Communicate with your child about activities or features of the App that may be of interest;
• Track your child’s performance in games or other activities;
• Provide services your child requests;
• Market new academies or coaches, volunteering opportunities, or part-time roles to your child.

We will not collect, use or disclose any Personal Data from children under 13 years of age without parental consent.  We may collect the following Personal Data from your child once they are able to access the App:

• Name
• Gender
• Photo
• Email address
• Phone number
• Birthdate
• Extracurricular interests, activities, skills, and achievements
• Associated school clubs or community service organizations
• A screen or user name that functions as online contact information
• Social handle links
• Event participation interests and attendance
• Interactions within the App, such as posts, chats and purchases
• Geolocation data
• Persistent identifiers

With parental consent to our collection of information from your child, we may share or disclose such information in the following instances:

• We may share information with our service providers, if necessary, to perform a business, professional, or technology support function for us;
• We may disclose Personal Data if permitted or required by law;
• We may disclose Personal Data If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of FeatsClub and our customers or others

Please refer to our Policy Statement for details about our data privacy practices. You can find the online Policy Statement www.featsclub.com/privacy-policy. At any time, you may refuse to permit us to collect further Personal Data from your child online.  You can request that we delete the Personal Data we have collected in connection with your child’s account. A request to delete records may lead to your child being unable to access our App. 

You can review, change, or delete your child's Personal Data by:

· Logging into your child's account and visiting his or her account profile page. 

· Sending us an email at contact@featsclub.com 

To protect your privacy and security, we may require you to take certain steps or provide additional information to verify your identity before we provide any information or make corrections.

Once you have reviewed our online Privacy Statement www.featsclub.com/privacy-policy, you may provide your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your child’s Personal Data by indicating so in our App during sign up and performing a verifiable financial transaction.

If you do not provide consent within 30 days from the date the direct notice was sent, we will delete your email address from our records.
